Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Field Service Technician at Pal N Paul Incorporation India. Based in Ambala, the Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, installation, and repair services for our robotics products. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role will primarily involve travel to customer locations for field service activities. Qualifications Technical skills in robotics maintenance and repair Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Experience in customer service and field service activities Knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in HVAC or home appliance repair is a plus Diploma or certification in Electronics, Robotics, or related field,
