It serves curated meals, thalis, and healthy snacks in dine-in or biodegradable packaging for delivery through partners like Zomato and Swiggy. Mitti's menu is free of processed foods and refined sugar, using natural sweeteners and oils for cooking. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef at Mitti. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for baking a variety of organic bread, pav, and cakes using fresh ingredients. They will also contribute to Mitti Bakes" bakery segment, creating low-calorie and vegan baked goods. Qualifications Sourdough bread expertise Baking and Pastry skills Knowledge of organic ingredients and baking techniques Experience in creating low-calorie and vegan baked goods Attention to detail and creativity in baking Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Food hygiene certification Experience working in a bakery or similar setting,
