Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, BA CFCC TOM In this role, youll will be responsible for driving the delivery of change projects in the Risk and Compliance space in an agile delivery methodology. Responsibilities Engage and liaise with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to drive the necessary outcomes for successful delivery and where necessary facilitate the resolution of issues and design issues. To be able to get into the details of the requirements which are included in the scope for delivery and review the artefacts developed by the business analysts and ensure these are to quality. Drive project working group sessions and other project governance forums with right level of updates, detail and go-to-green plans along with rationale and practical solutions to deliver projects to committed timelines and scope Requirements Gathering, liaising with stakeholders and engaging with product leads on prioritization Collaboration cross-functional teams, stakeholders, T&O and vendor teams Release planning, manage go-live coordination and facilitate UVT Manage potential risks and issues along with mitigation / resolution plan Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Experience in drawing out project plans and driving execution taking into account the scope, resources, costs, and the RAID for the initiative or multiple initiatives within the business function. Proficient in excel to be able to do the analysis on financial numbers Excellent communication skills to be able to converse with Senior Stakeholders. Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate business requirement into application. Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements and convert the biz requirements to user stories Ability to engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Graduation from reputed university.
