Role & responsibilities

• ales Performance:
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for LAP products.
• Drive sales activities within the assigned region.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Focus on customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team in the region.
• Hire, train, and develop sales representatives.
• Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of sales processes within the region.
• Business Development:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Reporting & Administration:
• Track and report on sales activities and performance.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
