Job Description

We are hiring for I.T. Support Engineer profile for one of the leading group of India.

Location : Rajkot.

Education : I.T. related graduate.

Experience : 1 year minimum

Salary : No bar for the right candidates

Work profile : Manage incidents following documented processes and workflows.
Coordinate with vendors for server management, Network Management, troubleshooting,
and issue resolution.
We are looking for a Support engineer who can act as a L1 support engineer for the Hardware issue
as well as can coordinate with the Vendors for any application level issue.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues.
