Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achievement of the top line/ bottom line target for order booking, sales volume achievement, pricing and market share shared target with SALES
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaign in terms of:
  • Number of enquiries generated
  • Overall awareness and impact of specific campaigns
  • Manage and optimize the overall Marketing budgets and ensure overall expenses for the department are within budget
  • Brand Equity Index target
  • Customer satisfaction study scores
  • Ensure innovation in overall marketing strategy and communication
  • Institutionalizing appropriate systems and processes to maintain high standards of quality
  • Identifying and tying up with partners
  • Marketing of projects (PAN India)
  • Brand building for individual project/Projects brands
  • Public relation so as to get positive publicity for the company
  • Help sales team to achieve their goals by generating required valid leads.
  • Understanding of the Market & Consumer segments so as to get right products by maximizing the potential of the Land
  • To develop the long term and the short term marketing strategy of the company including critical elements of Positioning, Segmentation, Pricing etc. along with the Head S&M
  • To develop the marketing budget required considering both routine and strategic initiatives
  • To participate as a member of the senior team in strategic issues and initiatives especially in the due diligence and feasibility studies for new acquisition
  • To identify potential areas for growth/ expansion in existing and new businesses
  • To provide strategic inputs for increasing customer awareness and service levels.
  • To provide inputs for product development and improvement in terms of the right configuration, mix, innovation and design to the Design team.
  • To develop annual / project specific market positioning plan and branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile
  • To forecast market needs and supervise project launches with campaigns
  • To commission external market research for creating segmented customer profiles, understanding customer buying behavior patterns and market movements.
  • To appraise the management using primary and secondary data of the research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc.
  • To determine the brand strategy in line with the strategic objectives of the company and determine the execution strategy
  • To manage the communication mix, media selection & buying and overseeing the ATL/BTL promotional activities
  • To use PR effectively to build visibility

Preferred candidate profile


  • MBA Marketing with 15-20 Years of experience.
  • Should have Branding & Marketing experience in Real Estate Industry.
