Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Should have good knowledge in Electrical /HVAC /PHE / FPS/ELV works.
- Should have MEP costing knowledge.
- Candidate should have experience in finalisation of MEP subcontractors.
- Candidate should lesion with site MEP team for understanding their requirement and providing the adequate support for smooth execution of works
- Should be able to establish a procurement strategy for cost optimisation
- Should be able to float enquiries, Evaluation of vendor offers, Preparation of Comparative Statements. Etc
- Conducting Techno Commercial meeting with the OEMs and Subcontractors.
- Should have strong techno commercial negotiations skills
- Should be able to understand the contract terms and conditions.
- Should have knowledge in MEP planning, preparation of schedules for MEP activities.
- Understand the critical activities and follow up with various vendors for deliveries.
- Assisting MEP Head for various follow ups and preparation of progress reports.
- Should be able to extract the quantities from drawings.
- Should have knowledge in preparation of client bills and checking of subcontractor bills.
- Preparation of reconciliation statements (Client Vs Subcontractor).
- Candidate should be well versed with NBC/IS codes
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate shall be B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical /Electrical discipline.
- Should have experience of 10-12 years in MEP Execution, Planning and Billing
