  • Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered .
  • Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
  • Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering customer queries.
  • Candidate should have Good Communication skills.
  • Candidate must be able to work in Rotational Shifts.

  • Both Freshers and experienced can apply.
