Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales operations for assigned area (Lucknow & Kanpur) to achieve business targets.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners to drive sales performance.
Conduct regular site visits to identify new business opportunities and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in B2B Sales or Project Sales in Building Materials industry.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through effective planning and execution.
Strong understanding of Paints category knowledge is essential.
