Job Description

Full-cycle Internal Job Posting: Manage end-to-end Internal Job Posting processes, including Posting, screening, interview scheduling, communication and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
Candidate Sourcing: Posting appropriate information on different sourcing channel for right candidate sourcing.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their role needs. Work with reliving manager and department heads for seamless transitions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure in-time and appropriate communication for the external candidates.
Employer Branding: Candidate briefing to drive understanding for the role and company.
Candidate Pool Analysis: Perform external candidate pool analysis and advise on the probability of successful closure of the requisition.
Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance to the Talent Acquision process and ensure timely closure of the TA process. Timely follow-up & closure on selected candidates.
