- Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Reports to: Founder Location: Bhopal] Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our D2C brand, Nakhrali. The CMO will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Develop Marketing Strategy*: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives. 2. *Brand Management*: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity. 3. *Digital Marketing*: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and paid advertising. 4. *Customer Acquisition*: Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. 5. *Data Analysis*: Analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. 6. *Team Management*: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. 7. *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service. Requirements: 1. *Experience*: 3+ years in marketing, with a senior marketing leadership role. 2. *D2C Experience*: Proven track record in D2C marketing. 3. *Digital Marketing*: Expertise in digital marketing channels. 4. *Data-Driven*: Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. 5. *Leadership*: Excellent leadership and team management skills. 6. *Communication*: Strong communication and presentation skills. Nice to Have: 1. *E-commerce expertise*: Experience in e-commerce industry. 2. *Social media*: Strong understanding of social media platforms. 3. *Content creation*: Experience in content creation and storytelling.
