Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of identifying and qualifying high-quality leads. This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • *Lead Generation Strategy:* Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-potential leads.
  • *Market Research:* Conduct thorough market research to identify new lead sources and opportunities for business growth.
  • *Prospect Qualification:* Utilize advanced criteria to qualify leads, ensuring alignment with target customer profiles and business goals.
  • *Database Management:* Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the lead database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
  • *Outreach and Engagement:* Lead targeted outreach efforts through email campaigns, social media, and networking events to engage and nurture potential leads.
  • *Collaboration:* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • *Performance Tracking:* Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize lead generation activities.
  • *Mentorship:* Provide guidance and support to junior lead generation executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • *Continuous Improvement:* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
  • *Experience:* 3 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of success.
  • *Education:* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
