Job Description

    Investment: 20-35 Lakhs (minimum 15 Lakhs with equity stakes) This role offers not only a senior management position but also equity stakes, making it a unique opportunity for someone passionate about being part of the founding team and driving the companys success through strategic marketing leadership. We are seeking a visionary and strategic Central Marketing Head to join our founding team. This is a crucial leadership role, where the selected candidate will be a part of the management and core team, directly contributing to the companys brand positioning and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with proven expertise in scaling brands, building a strong digital presence, and creating impactful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and growth plans. Establish the companys unique positioning, value proposition, and brand identity to drive customer engagement and brand recognition. Brand Management & Communication: Oversee the development and execution of the companys brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels. Craft and lead initiatives to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and reputation in the market Digital Marketing & Growth: Drive the companys digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and outreach programs. Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative and high-impact marketing campaigns across various platforms (online and offline). Monitor and analyze campaign performance to adjust strategies and maximize results Leadership & Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, nurturing talent and driving a culture of creativity and excellence. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product development, sales, and other core business functions. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to guide product positioning and marketing strategies. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the founding team and other core members to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing strategies and results to key stakeholders and investors, demonstrating the value of marketing initiatives. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic priorities. Optimize spend based on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Investment & Equity: As an investor and equity stakeholder, the Central Marketing Head will have a vested interest in the success of the company. Contribute to the companys overall growth by driving customer acquisition, enhancing the brands presence, and ensuring the effective utilization of marketing resources.
