CoCubes is part of Aon plc (NYSE: AON) Work is Fun Job Openings Open Positions Associate Employability (CSE) Role of Associate Employability As an Associate Employability, your role would primarily be to develop high quality assessments to ensure in- time delivery to corporate clients. Primary Responsibilities Develop high- quality assessments Engage with clients for all assessment related queries Systematic execution of delivery processes to meet corporate requirements Build deeper knowledge about campus hiring through assessments and help corporate in meeting their requirements Experience 0 - 3 years in designing and delivering assessments Desired Qualifications / Traits MBA with an engineering degree Understands assessments and its usage in hiring process Database management - Working knowledge of excel Strong in logical abilities - being able to think about possible client requirements Very Good communicator - verbal and written Process oriented - Preferably from a consulting background Interested Please write to us on ca****s@co****s.Job Classification
