- Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad/Vizag - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:


-3-5 years of experience in the US staffing.
-Must have experience working with the prime vendor requirements.
-Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
-Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on W2 positions.
-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Preferred Experience:


-Strong experience with W2 recruitment.
-Experience recruiting for positions in Apex Systems is highly desirable.
-Good Communication skills
