Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates by providing training programs, addressing performance gaps, and improving overall employee satisfaction.
Analyze shrinkage metrics to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop corrective actions to minimize losses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and meet KPIs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc. to optimize team performance.
