Responsible for new hire inductions/orientations, gathering post induction feedback, exit feedback, help in retention management etc.
Actively engage the associates through structured interactions
Own the Intouch Connected initiatives including but not limited to Town Halls, Skip level meetings, Leadership Connects, Focus Group Discussions etc.
Facilitate proactive engagement conversations between employees and their managers, supervisors etc.
Be able to bring experience to the fore in resolving people issues amicably while ensuring adherence to policies
Be the voice of employees in reflecting issues back to management and ensure timely resolution of issues
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives at the campus for all employees
Provide inputs for improving the effectiveness of processes and policies
Build high energy workforce, confidence and trust among employees
Partake in employee performance/behavior related discussions and recommend suitable/necessary actions to Managers as per policy
Ensure the calendar of events for the week/month/quarter is prepared/published to all stakeholders and is adhered to
Work with multiple stakeholders across the board in ensuring calendar adherence
Prepare weekly reports including but not limited to data presentations in PowerPoint or Excel
Bring insights to team meetings and help in the betterment of the employee engagement and HRBP functions role
HR investigations with an unbiased, authentic, and confidential approach
