Role & responsibilities
Senior Executive HR Experience
Preferred candidate profile
Work type: Should work 5 days from office
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding to Exit management , complete HR Operations experience is required.
- Should have handled employee and insurance-related queries.
- Preparation of various MIS reports.
- Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance (Pan India - EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Shop Act).
- Knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and procedures.
- Advanced Excel skills are highly required.
- Data management skills are required.
Added advantage Skills:
- Experience with Greythr and/or Zoho People.
- Exposure to Facility Management and Employee Engagement.
Key Requirements:
Please look for profiles with a previous work experience history of handling admin and employee engagement, clear hands-on experience in HR operations, and good data skills. The ideal candidate should have the personality to effectively manage the Noida office and implement processes and policies.
