Job Description

• Resource will be a part of recruitment team and predominantly responsible in recruitment across skills & different domains
• Sourcing profiles through job boards.
• Hands on experience in screening, shortlisting, scheduling the shortlisted candidates with the concerned Panels.
• Maintaining MIS.

• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
