Job Description
We are looking for a Contact Center professional with over 12 years of experience, inclusive of 5+ years of relevant expertise in Genesys global platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with over 5+ years in the platform ownership role preferably on Genesys Contact Centre Platform with extensive knowledge on the architecture capabilities of the platform.
- Intense understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results amidst ambiguity and change.
