Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Exp Required: 2+ Yrs

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hiring for corporate and support roles including Marketing, Admin, Finance, HR, and Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals, social media, and referrals

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Maintain talent pipelines and track hiring metrics

Conduct preliminary interviews and support offer negotiation

Requirements:

2+ years of TA experience

Familiarity with job portals and ATS

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
