Chasing engineers to provide updates for jobs on emails or calls.
To escalate significant issues in terms of backlog and non-compliance.
Allocation of jobs to engineers / subcontractors.
Raising POs for subcontractors.
Helping subcontractors for their queries related to visits on emails or calls.
Raising jobs on CAFM and taking further required actions.
Raising & Processing Sales Invoices on CAFM.
Completing jobs on CAFM & Client portals.
Setting up New Contracts on CAFM or amendments required within existing Contracts.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidate should have 3+ years of same Industry experience along with below:
International client communication experience.
