Job Description
- To handle Joining and exit process
- Monitor Performance appraisal management
- Handle salary revisions and to provide inputs for payroll process
- Aware of statutory compliance and facilitating for the same
- Provide guidance to teams on the HR policies and process
- Initiate & conduct various employee communication programs
- Conduct various employee engagement activities
- Grievance Handling and to conduct one-on-one sessions with employees
- Initiate & drive rewards & recognition program
- Handle inter department communication
- Monitor employees Leave and attendance data
- To maintain HRIS
- To handle end to end recruitment on need basis
- To handle overseas travel
- Compliance the HR functions as per ISO & ISMS standards
- Able to manage admin department for Ahmedabad location
- Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities wrt ISMS and QMS standards
