Responsibilities :
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning for the circle
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance handling
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes from hire to retire
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations
- Support workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reporting to central HR leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, Finance, Operations) to drive efficiency
- Responsible for handling a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
