Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through active listening and conflict resolution techniques.
• Analyze project metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., software development).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience with Safe/RTE (Scrum framework) is an asset.
