Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Scrum Master with a strong development background in Microsoft and modern web technologies. The role focuses on leading Agile teams, ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices, driving high-quality product delivery, and fostering continuous improvement across multiple scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams across various skillsets to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Drive Agile adoption and ensure effective implementation of Scrum, SAFe Agile, and modern Agile practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project delivery with business objectives.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery with desired quality standards.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting dashboards.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development processes.
• Ability to guide and mentor technical teams throughout project lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E (IT) or higher.

Professional background in software development prior to transitioning into Scrum Master / Agile leadership roles

Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist preferred)

Competencies Desired

• 4+ years of experience in software development and Agile project delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile environments with distributed and cross-functional teams.
