Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
  
• Help improve candidate experience and employer branding
  
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
  

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing final year in HR / Psychology / Business
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Comfortable with using MS Office, Excel, and basic HR tools
  
• A genuine interest in people, hiring, and talent management
