Job Description

Job Summary:

• Engaging in active listening with customer, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Record details of customer feedback / issues in AEL ticketing tool as per process
• Understanding customer requirement and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and do follow-up call
• Review and Respond to Emails / Chat messages from AEL as per process

Education and Specific Training

• Undergraduate/Graduate from any recognized University

Work Experience

• 0 to 1 year experience in collections

Experience: Freshers OR Experience (Tele calling)

Language Proficiency: Good Communication Skills

Assessment: AMCAT

Languages: English, Hindi, and Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil/Bengali/Gujarati/Assamese

CTC: Up to 19000, 15000 Take Home
