Disseminate clear and concise information on health conditions, treatments, and procedures, ensuring privacy compliance. Resolve patient concerns, escalate complex cases to healthcare professionals, and ensure follow-up on unresolved queries.

Monitor chat queues and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Provide empathetic and compassionate service to all patients.
