Qualification

• Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management Operations to lead and execute eGovernance and Aadhaar-related projects across India.


• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in project execution, team handling, and stakeholder management.


• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, along with the willingness to travel extensively across the country.

Role

• Location: Salem.


• Experience: 8+ Years.


• Education Qualification: Any Degree (Diploma candidates not eligible).

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of eGovernance and Aadhaar-related projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance with government guidelines.


• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.


• Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.


• Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.


• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.


• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain quality control across all project deliverables.


• Conduct regular site visits and audits to oversee project execution at various locations.


• Prepare reports and documentation for project progress, status updates, and compliance requirements.


• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and optimize project workflows.


• Strong expertise in project execution, budgeting, and team leadership.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.


• Ability to travel extensively across India based on project requirements.


• Hands-on experience in handling government projects, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
