Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement end-to-end Pan India marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital media.
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and brand positioning initiatives across India.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through performance-based marketing.
Trade & Channel Partner Engagement:
- Strengthen LCO relationships through contests, promotions, and reward programs.
- Execute ground-level BTL activities
Digital Marketing:
- Manage WhatsApp Broadcasts, Social Media Promotions, and Digital payment drives.
- Promote app-based services, oversee mobile app and website management, and track user engagement.
- Collaborate with agencies for content, performance, and digital campaign execution.
Budget & ROI:
- Prepare, monitor, and optimize marketing budgets for all ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Ensure marketing spends are tied to KPIs like subscriber acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative development, event logistics, and app development.
