Job Title: Recruiter End-to-End Recruitment
Location: Bangalore ( Jayanagar )
Job Type: Full-Time & Internship.
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Recruitment Manager / HR Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the organizations workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms e.g., job boards, social media, careers site.
- Source potential candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Extend job offers and handle negotiation processes
- Facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding process in coordination with HR and relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports for review and improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices
