Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles and functions.
- Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycleincluding job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate, engaging job descriptions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive process improvements, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter capacity.
- Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience hiring across diverse functions and seniority levels.
