#freepost Designation: IT Service Management Qualification: BCA,MCA,B,Tech,B.E,Bsc,Diplomo Location: Bangalore Role & Responsibilities: Installing, configuring, and maintaining the ITSM tool Managing user accounts and access levels Performing system upgrades and patching Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues Creating and customizing workflows for different IT service modules (Incident, Problem, Change request) Defining and managing service level agreements (SLAs) within the system Implementing automation rules and triggers to streamline processes. Maintaining the configuration Management Database (CMDB) with accurate asset Information. Ensuring data quality and consistency across the ITSM system. Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance Indicators (KPI) Providing training and support to end users on the ITSM tool Answering user queries and resolving system-related issues.
