Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
- Manage online presence, including website, SEO, and social media channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and metrics.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
