Job Description
Education : B.Tech/B.E. - IT,BCA - Computers, PG - M.Tech ,MCA Computers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Accept functional and system requirements for development from the Business Analysis team. To plan and prioritise these developments within the development team to deliver tested solutions to agreed timescales.
- Monitor and encourage developers to ensure that individuals perform well, solutions meet design and quality standards, and the team as a whole meets timescales.
- Assist in the resolution of issues and blockages which threaten delivery timescales.
- Undertake technical design for functional specifications from Business Analysts.
- Software coding and unit testing in line with technical design and functional specification.
- Work on Revenue Oppurnity Assessments.
- Team management .
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven leadership ability.
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
