Role: Customer Support - International Voice

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US Rotational shift

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email queries from customers
  
• Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma holders
  
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional languages)
  
• Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (if required)
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
