Role & responsibilities - Recruit for roles in corporate departments such as HR, marketing, IT, CS, Sales, admin and finance
Manage hiring for non-clinical hospital roles, including administrative and support staff.
Identify and hire candidates for retail roles in optical stores and other retail-focused operations.
Bring expertise in hospital, hiring, including talent for front-end and store operations roles.
Travel to new hospital locations to coordinate and execute recruitment drives.
Partner with local management to fulfil hiring requirements on time.
Build and maintain a talent pool for urgent and future needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
