- 8-10+ years of Hands-on experience in QA and Testing
- Highly skilled in testing best practices and below areas
- Test Planning
- Test Case Designs
- SIT
- Usability Testing
- Acceptance Testing
- Black Box / White Box Testing
- Regression Testing
- Customer Interface SIT / UAT, Managing defect evaluation / resolution process
- Understanding of SIP
Technical skills required:
- HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & Jira
- Manage Test plan / Test design
- Defect tracking management
- Requirements traceability
- Monitor quality across releases and cycles
- Cyara Tool
- Regression testing Automation
- VoIP / Voice and SBC technologies
Certifications:
- CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineer), ISO 9001 certified, HP ALM, Jira, and
- Cyara.
- With capabilities to support: IVR Speech, HostConnect, Genesys, Cisco, NICE InContact,
- Opstel, Intradiem, Aspect
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Good Communication Skills. Provide a single point of contact for the reporting and tracking critical Problems
- Ability to handle multiple stake holders
- Being responsible and taking accountability of tasks assigned
