Who Can Apply:
We are prioritizing female candidates who are freshers or have up to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (internships included).
Eligibility Criteria:
- PGDM / MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
- 02 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for entry-level and mid-level roles
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates via job portals, internal databases, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports
- Continuously work on improving hiring TAT and enhancing candidate experience
