Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Oversight
Lead end-to-end delivery of MedTech projects, including software platforms, connected devices, and digital health tools.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between clinical teams, IT, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Translate clinical and business requirements into technical specifications.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., FDA, MDR, HIPAA).
Oversee validation, testing, and documentation processes.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical informaticists, and product managers.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within the MedTech, HealthTech, or Life Sciences sector.
Strong understanding of medical device lifecycle, software development (SDLC), and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
