Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to grow their careers with a global leader. If you're a fluent English speaker and also speak Hindi, Telugu, or Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via phone or other communication channels
• Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass or any Graduate
• Good communication skills in English and one of the following: Hindi / Telugu / Malayalam
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details:

• 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (No fixed Sunday off)
• Rotational day shifts (No night shifts)
• Salary: 13,000 Take Home / 15,000 CTC
