We are looking for a HR Admin Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or those with some experience. The person will support the HR and admin department in day-to-day office work.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee documentation
Take photocopies and scans of important documents
Organize and maintain files properly
Support in data entry and record keeping
Help in preparing and updating employee records
Assist with other basic admin tasks as required

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Good with organizing and filing work
Honest, hardworking, and responsible
