Job Description
Job Summary:
The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and leading the overall talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This leader will manage a team of recruiters and partner with executive leadership to understand workforce needs, promote employer branding, and ensure a seamless and scalable recruitment process aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a long-term talent acquisition strategy aligned with the companys growth and diversity goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build scalable talent pipelines.
- Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Set KPIs and performance metrics for the recruitment team.
- Process & Technology:
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle and continuously optimize processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Leverage technology (e.g., ATS, CRM) to drive data-informed hiring decisions.
- Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to build and promote a compelling employer brand.
- Represent the company at external recruiting and branding events (career fairs, conferences, etc.).
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Implement inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines.
- Monitor DEI metrics related to hiring and recruitment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment goals and overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, platforms, and emerging hiring trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with global recruitment practices (if international hiring is involved)
- Data analytics and dashboard/reporting skills
- Experience working in tech, healthcare, finance, or [insert industry]

- Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire improvements
- Candidate experience (NPS scores, feedback)
