8-13 years of experience in IT recruitment as a team lead or a delivery lead or related field with expertise in C2C/US Staffing/W2 models and Fulltime role experience.

Handling a Team of recruiters.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality assurance.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.

Client handling, Delivering the results by coordinating with the hiring managers.
