Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and committed Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education, supporting senior faculty members, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students in Grades 11 and 12.

Subject Specialization (any one):

Mathematics
Physics

Please Note:
This is a residential role. Applicants should be willing to relocate and stay in the institution-provided hostel accommodation.

Role & responsibilities:

Deliver subject-specific lectures to students of Classes 11 and 12.
Design and implement lesson plans that align with the academic curriculum.
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Address students' academic queries and foster active classroom participation
Collaborate with senior faculty and academic coordinators to enhance teaching practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in subject matter (Maths or Physics).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Classroom and time management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Patience, empathy, and a student-first mindset.
Willingness to adapt and contribute to a collaborative academic environment.
