Job Description
Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Type: Full Time / Hybrid
Team: Reports to TAA Manager
What you can expect:
- Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies
- Building trusted partnerships with Business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
- Drive of a seamless recruitment process; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
- Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
- Advocate and champion diversity hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
- Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Critical competencies:
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
- Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills
Key interdependencies:
- Internal stakeholders: Extended TAA team, HRBPs, People partners, People advisors, Employees and Managers
- External stakeholders: Vendors, Potential candidates, recruitment community forums, universities/ campus
