Job Description

Working Location: Nairobi, Kenya, (East Africa)

Industry: Industrial Chemicals

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the distribution of chemicals/raw materials used in manufacturing industries such as soap and detergents, food industry, paint industry, etc. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior working experience in Africa.

Compensation: Salary + Benefits (Air tickets + Visa + Paid Leave + Medical + Transportation + Bachelor Accommodation + Local Allowance + Standard Benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for a sales manager who has previous working experience in a Chemicals Trading or Distribution company dealing with the supply of Industrial Chemicals Raw Materials for a minimum period of 5 years.
• Should have basic knowledge of chemicals used in various industries and experience in a range of chemical applications.
• Should be able to speak Fluent English and have good written skills in sending professional emails to clients.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Should have prior experience in handling a junior sales team
• Sales Management of the full range of industrial chemical products
• Monitor and control sales performance.
• Ensuring good Financial Performance of the Division
• Customer Management & Payment follow-up.
