Job Description
- Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tenured Trainer for the GIS Mapping process at Wipro Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, mentoring new hires, and ensuring training effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a shift timing of 24*7 (Night). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Trainer role, preferably in mapping, annotation, or a tech-driven process. This position is based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver end-to-end training for new hires in the Mapping process, both virtually and in-person. - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Mapping specialists. - Conduct refresher sessions, knowledge checks, and skill assessments for batches in OJT and production stages. - Collaborate with SMEs, QA, and Operations teams to ensure consistent training outcomes and process alignment. - Maintain training trackers, reports, and performance summaries for each batch. - Stay up-to-date with the latest mapping technologies, tools, and best practices to incorporate them into Training. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a Trainer role, preferably in mapping, annotation, or a tech-driven process. - Must be a graduate (Bachelors degree in any stream). - Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. - Good understanding of training metrics, documentation, and batch lifecycle.
