Domestic Staffing Account Manager @ Tekskill

Job Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their business and staffing needs.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
• Manage and track job orders, interview coordination, and feedback loops.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell staffing services within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, HR, legal, payroll) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed account growth targets and client satisfaction KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
